Directions
- Put the liver and onions in a meat gringer and let it run until mixture are homogenous consistency.
- Add eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper and mix together.
- Bake liver pancakes - put 2-3 spoons of the batter on the preheat frying pan and fry it on both sides for several minutes
- Make sauсe - mix mayonnaise, garlic, greens, salt
- Spread sause between liver pancakes and on top of cake
