Italia close to you!

Italian chicken rolls!!!



Ingredients
4 chicken fillet
200 g riccota cheese
olive oil
salt, pepper
thyme, basil
herbs


Directions
1. Use a meat hammer to pound the chicken fillet
2. Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, basil and thyme
3. Add olive oil and mix.
4. Add piece of riccota cheese to each chicken fillet and roll them into the roll 
5. Put riccota cheese on the one of edge and starting with this side of the chicken fillt, roll it up very tight.
6. Seal each chicken roll with toothpicks to keep from unrolling.
7. Heat the oil on medium high in a pan and place chicken rolls in the pan and brown on all sides.
8. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C and put rolls to the oven for 20 minutes.

Vivat, Italia!!!

Eggplant Сaprese



Ingredients
2 eggplants, thinly sliced lengthwise
10 cherry-tomatoes
basil
200 g mozzarella

Directions
1. Slice eggplants and put them into the bowl with salt water.
2. Fry eggplant slices in the frying pan.
3. Place vegetables and mozzarella on separate skewers, alternating type of vegetables (eggplant, basil, cherry tomato, basil, eggplant, mozzarella and eggplant).
4. Be ready to eat!!!

Delicious Liver Cake

Ingredients
500 g beef liver
2 eggs
0,5 cup milk
1 cup flour
2 onions, chopped

200 g mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, milled
greens (parsley, dill), cutted
salt, pepper

Directions
  1. Put the liver and onions in a meat gringer and let it run until mixture are homogenous consistency.
  2. Add eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper and mix together.
  3. Bake liver pancakes - put 2-3 spoons of the batter on the preheat frying pan and fry it on both sides for several minutes
  4. Make sauсe - mix mayonnaise, garlic, greens, salt
  5. Spread sause between liver pancakes and on top of cake
  6. Try it!
Cake is tender and really delicious!

Holiday snails! yummy!

For Snail's Family you need:


Ingredients

For dough
500 g all purpose flour
1 egg
20 g butter
warm salt water
For filing
1 cup poppy seeds
0,5 cup sugar
cinnamon
vanilla extract



Directions
1. Mix flour + egg + butter + water in the large bowl
2. Cover dough in the bowl and leave it in the warm place for 10-15 minutes
3. Mix together poppy seeds and sugar in the mincing-machine
4. Add cinnamon + vanilla extract and mix by a spoon
5. Roll out dough to small or middle size rectangles
6. Add poppy seeds to each rectangle
7. Curl up them to a spiral shape to make them the snail shell 
8. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C
9. Put snails to the oven for 20 minutes untill the bottoms are lightly brown =)

The Danube Tower was built by Austrian architect Prof. Hannes Lintl and were opened in the Donaupark in 1964.

Let's START! Mr. Chocolate Cupcake



Ingredients:
1,5 cup flour 
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup butter (200 gr)
2 eggs
1 tablespoon baking powder
0,5 teaspoon salt
vanilla extract
raisins
cocoa
For the Icing
Chocolate and M&M's


Directions: 
  1. Combine butter + sugar + vanilla extract and mix on medium-high speed untill pale yellow.
  2. Add milk and eggs, and mix.
  3. Add mixed flour, baking powder and salt and mix again.
  4. Add cocoa and mix untill you get a chocolate colour batter :)
  5. Add raisins and mix by a fork. 
  6. Preheat an oven to 180 degrees C.
  7. Spoon 3/4 cup into each cupcakes cup. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
  8. Decorate your cupcakes by a chocolate and M&M's!
