Sweet fall with plums


Ingredients

200 g sweet butter
200 g sugar
300 g all purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
100 g warm water
salt

800 g plums
100 g sugar
sliced almond

Directions

1. Combine butter and sugar and mix on medium-high speed untill pale yellow
2. Add mixed flour and baking powder and mix
3. Cut plums in half, remove stones, add sugar
4. Roll out dough (to size of round cake pan), add plum halves and sliced almond
5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C and put your cake to the oven for 40 min

Taste your sweet plum cake!!
